They have always been available, from proposal initial questions and discussions, to everyday questions and requests. DFX5's expertise on the Connect product has proven very important for the final solution sought, as they have even conceived and developed custom programming solutions to go around most of Amazon Connect limitations, such as PCI compliant call recording. DFX5 has really helped us create a competitive advantage.
